Thomas Ripani is a Digital Strategist at DirectEmployers Association. Even as a newcomer to DirectEmployers, Thomas is no stranger to the challenges employers face in terms of online recruitment. Growing up in Indianapolis, this lifetime Hoosier enjoys helping connect the dots for employers and aiding them in expanding their business. As part of the Digital Strategy team, Thomas uses his engaging personality to work directly with Members and non-members to analyze their recruitment needs and offer consultative, cost-effective recruitment marketing solutions that fit their organization’s talent acquisitions needs. Prior to joining the DirectEmployers team, Thomas worked as a Senior Sales Consultant at Gannett DESC where he sold recruitment solutions to employers of varying size and industry. Thomas currently holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science, while also minoring in Spanish. In his free time, Thomas can be found nurturing his addiction to the Indiana Pacers and Indianapolis Colts or tending to the many fish tanks he has around his home.
